who are we

RPC Contracting is a locally based,  full service excavation, grading and paving contractor. We specialize in commercial site development, road and highway construction in Northeast North Carolina. Since 1983, we have completed many successful projects from Corolla to Ocracoke Island, Hyde County, north to Moyock in Currituck County, and west to Elizabeth City, Hertford and Edenton.

We own and operate our own Asphalt Plant located in Kitty Hawk and a future plant in Elizabeth City. We have our own sand mining operation in Currituck County. We strive to build loyal, valued, long-term relationships with all of our customers.
